RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Dehleez, we put great care into packing and delivering every order with attention and quality. Since many of our products are carefully handled and curated for home décor and living spaces, we request customers to read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange support only in case of genuine product-related issues under the following conditions:
- A wrong product has been delivered
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The customer identifies a manufacturing defect in the product
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 Days of receiving the order.
Mandatory Opening Video
To process any damaged or incorrect product request, an opening box video is mandatory.
The video should:
- Clearly show the sealed package being opened
- Show the issue with the product clearly
Requests raised without an opening video may not be eligible for exchange support.
Product Condition for Exchange
To qualify for exchange:
- The product must be unused
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- The item should be returned in the same condition as delivered
Once the request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.
Reverse Pickup & Exchange Timeline
- Reverse pickup arrangement generally takes 2–3 working days
- The returned product may take 4–6 working days to reach our warehouse
- After inspection by our quality team, the replacement product will be dispatched
Depending on stock availability, the product may be exchanged with:
- The same item
- Another product of equal or lower value
Refund Policy
At Dehleez, we generally do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed.
However, in case of failed prepaid transactions where payment is deducted but the order is not successfully placed, the amount is usually auto-reversed by the bank or payment partner within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch confirmation, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
